Every year in the UK, approximately 10,000 people are diagnosed with bladder cancer and the number of patients being treated for bladder cancer is rising. Bladder cancer is the 4th most common cancer in men and 11th most common in women. Despite this, there is very limited public awareness towards the disease and it is a relatively low priority on the public health agenda.
Action on Bladder Cancer is a new Charity dedicated to helping people to understand more about bladder cancer.
