Dr. M Ozsahin (Universitaire Vaudois, Switzerland) presesnted data on the follow-up of 37 patients with primary testicular lymphoma. This rare presentation of extranodal lymphoma tended to present with early stage disease. In the follow up after standard therapy, no less than 8 patients suffered a relapse within the brain/Central Nervous System. The conclusion of this study was that more aggressive prophylactic therapy aimed at the CNS should come part of first line therapy.
