Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin in refractory sarcoma chemotherapy
Doxorubicin is the best established chemotherapy agent in sarcoma therapy. The relatively newly liposomal formulation of the compound has been shown to have similar activity against the cancer but a better toxicity profile.
