The service is provided through expert oncological (cancer specialist) review of current, modern and best standard therapies that are available for an individual situation. The advice is provided by UK experts from Harley Street and the leading London teaching hospitals. There is a charge of £70 plus VAT (£80.50) for the service. The service complies with General Medical Council guidelines.
We also offer an "Expert Opinion" service - a second opinion service for cancer patients.
The “Expert Advice” service
The “Expert Advice” service provides information about the diagnosis, treatment and best practice for management of a specific type of cancer. The more specific is the information that you give us, the better the quality of the response. The “Expert Advice” service costs £70 plus VAT (£80.50) per enquiry, payable by PayPal. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
In order to adhere to General Medical Council guidelines, we are only able to offer advice for anonymous or hypothetical situations in the “Expert Advice” service. Thus, you must not tell us who the patient is, even if it is a close relative or friend.
If you wish to obtain an expert medical opinion on a named patient, you can request a full review of a patient's medical history, diagnosis, and treatment. We provide a full medical opinion service for cancer patients costing £287.50 (£250 plus vat), excluding courier costs, and histology costs.
